    Hi Timo,

    Given that this was posted in 2009, it’s funny to see how the challenges of analytics have changed. Maybe it’s not so much a matter of being disappointed with the data (or even the analytics infrastructure) as it is a matter of business people not being sure how to use the data properly. I actually came across this one because of a cartoon we had done looking at a reconcilliation between CIOs and analytics:
